Most people use AI one prompt at a time. Behind the scenes, though, your AI has been building a memory of you. You can see it here:

• Claude: Settings → Memory
• ChatGPT: Settings → Personalization → Memory
• Gemini: Review its available saved-information and personalization controls

If you’re like us, you’ve asked it about everything: business, travel, investing etc. Over time, this fragmented memory bloats your context window, confuses the model and eats up your token usage.

The fix: build a Master Core Vault (your AI’s “Second Brain”) 🧠

It’s one document that captures:

• Your goals
• Your experience
• Your challenges
• Your competitors
• Any other context that matters

Here’s how to develop yours in 5 STEPS:

1️⃣ Lock down privacy first.

Turn off “use my content for model training.” Leave out passwords, account numbers and anything else you wouldn’t want stored.

2️⃣ Draft a first pass and share it with Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini using this prompt:

“Review this confidential information as if you were the #1 business and life coach in the world and charged $1M per hour. Give me feedback on how to improve my goals, business, finances and life. Then ask me questions to get the clarity you need for better recommendations.”

3️⃣ Cross-check the three responses. Where do they agree? Where do they push back?

4️⃣ Ask your favorite LLM to turn it all into a plain-text Markdown (.md) file of 100–200 lines max. It should capture everything while staying as concise as possible to save tokens.

5️⃣ Ask it to propose separate “Skills” (300–500 lines each max) based on your context. More on Skills in our next post 👀
